I'm not sure what the difference is, but this is the only calcium supplement that doesn't upset my stomach. I have acid reflux when taking other calcium supplements. Nutricelebrity has a good price on this item, so I'll keep coming here to buy them in bulk.

This brand of calcium supplements is one of the few that carry the USP Certified seal, which means you can rely on what the label says. The dose of 333 mg per tablet is far more useful than other brands' higher concentrations, as only a limited amount of calcium can be absorbed at one time. Another plus is that for every 333 mg of calcium you get 133 mg of magnesium; calcium without magnesium (as too often found) can cause problems. The balance of magnesium to calcium here is just about right--you get one third the daily value of each mineral in each tablet. A bonus is 200 mg of vitamin D3, the superior form of vitamin D. (Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption.) Finally, the price cheaper than other websites I checked.

It is so convinient to have all the supplements with the Vitamin D in one capsule.
