Turmeric - Memory and Mood booster
Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory herb that’s been used for centuries to treat a variety of ailments. In this new study, Dr. Gary Small, at the University of California, Los Angeles, and staff tested the compound on adults age range 50-85, with mild memory problems.
Results showed that the subjects who took curcumin twice daily showed an almost 30% percent improvement in memory tests over the course of the study, but those who took the placebo showed no significant improvements. Not only improved memeory, but hey also experienced improvement in mood.
